Procurement of lifts for the New Bodø Town Hall

The New Bodø Town Hall will consist of a new building as well as the existing town hall and Norges Bank's building.
The new building will connect all the buildings together to 1 unit. The existing town hall and the bank building shall be totally renovated.
Tenders shall be submitted for 5 lifts: 3 in the new building, 1 in the existing town hall and 1 in the existing bank building.
The existing shaft shall be used in the bank building.
The lifts shall be delivered and assembled at the construction site in Bodø and they shall be based on the rules on amounts and technical provisions in NS 3420. Otherwise the delivery shall be in accordance with the current regulations and norms for the production, assembly, testing and operation of lifts.
Tenderers shall include a description and documentation of the technical quality, system, performance, power requirement, prerequisites, any conditions, etc. as well as the design/choice of materials in the lift.
Tenders shall also include the necessary MOM documentation, commissioning, testing, training in accordance with the document ‘Requirements for Documentation, Marking, Trial Operation and Training’, which is attached to the tender material, drawings of the shaft with technical and constructional requirements, as well as later processing of the underlay so that RIB can prepare work drawings for the shaft.
This also includes the necessary underlay and coordination with the P-group during the engineering design services and with the construction site during execution.
The project's physical interface with the lift delivery will be a prepared shaft with recesses, lifting hooks, dust bonded/painted, etc. with installed lighting and power sockets as well as functional safe electricity to the control cupboard. All other equipment and work necessary for the delivered lifts being handed over with full functionality shall be included in the lift delivery and included in the tender prices.
The lift supplier is to provide scaffolding in the shaft for his own workers.
