Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF invites tenderers, together with the European project PAPIRUS and NHO/KS regional programme for supplier development, to a dialogue conference on new technologies to reduce energy needs in buildings. Omsorgsbygg would like, in cooperation with the branch, to carry out an innovative development process, with a view to generating new and better systems for passive houses.

Execution of the procurement.
The pilot project will be split into 2 with a dialogue conference and an innovation competition.
1 Dialogue conference.
At the dialogue conference OBY will present their needs and challenges connected to the above technology in more detail. Input is also wanted from participants on who the mentioned needs and challenges can be covered in the best possible way, as well as on whether there is interest in participating in an innovation competition. Elements from the dialogue conference can be used as input in the innovation competition.

Emphasis is put on the fact that participation in the dialogue conference is not required for participation in the following innovation competition. The presentations from the dialogue conference will be attached to the notice for the innovation competition.

The conference will be held at Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF in Sommerrogt. 1, Oslo, 19.8.2014 and it is open for all interested parties.
After the dialogue conference, all suppliers will have an opportunity to send in their system proposals in writing to Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF. The system proposals shall be a maximum of 4 A4 pages per system proposal. All suppliers who submit system proposals will be invited to participate in a dialogue meeting for maximum 1 hours, where they can present their system to Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF.
