Sykehusbygg has the task of being the internal supplier for the regional health companies and the national health company and carry out services connected to development, planning and execution of construction projects and services in the property area for which there are gains by executing jointly for the sector including: — Development and management of knowledge, methods and tools for construction and property related hospital planning, as well as give access to personnel with top competence regarding all phases in the lifetime to a hospital property; — Project management and consulting to construction projects; — Project and project management regarding early phase planning; — Other services that naturally belong under Sykehusbygg's objectives in guidelines for early phase planning describes the planning phases. This will be reviewed during 2016, and the planning adheres to the at any given time applicable guidelines. In this announcement framework agreement, all hospital planning will be included in the phases, i.e. from and including development plans, in the early phase and including and moving into finished buildings.
