Ticket control shall be carried out on bus and tram travellers in Greater Trondheim. The Contracting Authority will provide guidelines for dates and when controls are to be carried out. In addition to ticket control, quality control and preventative control are to be carried out. The inspectors shall give fines to travellers who do not have a valid ticket and check personal information when travellers cannot prove who they are.

This competition concerns framework agreements for the delivery of services in ticket control. The objective of the procurement is to ensure AtB's passenger income through a low fare evasion percent. On-board control and control at AtB's bus and tram stops in Greater Trondheim, primarily restricted to Trondheim kommune.A contract will be signed with 1 tenderer. The chosen tenderer shall assist the Contracting Authority as needed during the contract period. Call-offs will primarily include ticket control, quality control and preventative control of AtB's travellers.The agreement shall be signed for a period of 2 years with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further 1 year. The scope of the assignment will vary during the contract period, but the estimated average scope per year is approx. 5 000 hours.
