A service car can be parked in the Norwegian Parliament's garage when the work is being carried out. This depends on vacant places and must be agreed separately.
The work is to be carried out as and when the tenderer receives a call-off/order from the contracting authority and the work shall start as soon as the conditions at the place of work allow and as agreed with the contracting authority.
The contracting authority is free, in the contract period, to carry out major assignments and special projects outside the framework agreement. The contracting authority will decide which assignments/deliveries shall be carried out within the framework agreement and which shall be carried out after a public procurement procedure.
