Procurement of cleaning services

The Norwegian Directorate of Health, Entra and The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth want to enter into cleaning agreements with a tenderer. 3 separate agreements shall be signed. The Norwegian Health Network (NHN) shall also have the option to enter into agreement with the tenderer. The agreements shall be signed with the same tenderer. The tenderers must therefore be able to deliver cleaning services to all 4 of the tenderers.
The agreements will have a duration of 22 months with an option on a further 1 year + 1 year. All together 3 years and 10 months. The customer retains the right to trigger options that are shorter than 1 year.
The customers have the following locations:
Entra: Universitetsgata 2 (Oslo);
The Norwegian Directorate of Health: Universitetsgata 2 (Oslo), St Olavs gate 25 (Oslo), Pilestredet 28 (Oslo), Sluppenveien 12 (Trondheim);
The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth: Verkstedsveien 1 (Skøyen, Oslo);
NHN: Verkstedsveien 1 (Skøyen, Oslo).
During the contract period there may be changes due to moving, restructuring, etc. Where appropriate the customer should be able to select to purchase cleaning services for new premises on verbatim terms as those described in the tender documentation and tender offer.
Part of the cleaning services is named as options. It is desirable that the tenderer can offer these, but it is not a requirement.
Sub-contractors are not to be used for the daily and temporary cleaning. Persons who shall carry out this work should be employed by the tenderer. The tenderer can use sub-contractors to fulfil the options, but only 1 chain.
The customer shall also have the right to order cleaning services that are not described in the tender documentation. The price will then be agreed for the individual occurrence.
The agreements are expected to have a value of between 14 000 000 NOK and 18 000 000 NOK excluding VAT in total. This is a non-binding estimate for the customers.
