Requirement — Tax: Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the requirements are met. Confirmation is to be documented in the annex: Tax certificate *Annex 1 (From the Norwegian Tax Administration/Altinn) * Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their countries that prove that they have their tax and duty payments in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.

Qualification requirement: The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise. Documentation requirement. The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the above mentioned requirement is fulfilled. Confirmation is to be documented in the annex: Company registration certificate* Foreign companies must submit an equivalent certificate for the country of origin and in accordance with Norwegian rules for foreign employees. Annex 3.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract. (A credit rating that concludes with Credit Worthy will be sufficient for fulfilment). Documentation requirement. The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the requirement is fulfilled. Confirmation is to be documented in the annex. Credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has permission to handle personal information. Other documentation that documents that the requirement is fulfilled will be accepted. Annex 2.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have experience from comparable cleaning contracts. Documentation requirement. The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the requirement is fulfilled. Confirmation is to be documented in the annex. Reference list of comparable cleaning contracts in the last 3 years, with a statement of extent, type, value and contact person. Annex 5

The tenderer shall be registered and approved in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's cleaning register. Tenderers that are not yet certified shall have submitted an application subject to consideration. If the tenderer is not approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect. Documentation requirement. The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the above mentioned requirement is fulfilled. Confirmation is to be documented in the annex. Copy of certification issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. Service providers that are not yet certified can enclose a copy of the application/confirmation that an application has been sent. Annex 6

Tenderers shall be able to ensure environmental considerations when carrying out the service: The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the above mentioned requirement is fulfilled. Confirmation is to be documented in the annex. Tenderers can document the requirement by submitting relevant environmental certificates, such as EMAS or ISO 14001, or equivalent, or by a description of the company's own system and routines for environmental policy, environment management scheme, training employees within environmentally friendly cleaning etc. Environmental labelling of products for carrying out the service also comes under this requirement; here tenderers are asked to submit reviews/technical data (table of contents) in the form of pictures/text/environmental labels as documentation of the cleaning products that shall be used in the provision of the service. Annex 4 and 4A (for cleaning products).

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall document the possession of any sub-suppliers: The following documentation shall be submitted as proof that the above mentioned requirement is fulfilled. Confirmation is to be documented in a Commitment Statement from any sub-suppliers/annex 7.
