Procurement of backhoe loader

Fauske kommune v/Innkjøpsservice Advokatfirma AS

Fauske kommune shall procure a backhoe loader of between 12 and 14 tonne. The backhoe loader shall have the following equipment:
ROPS-approved driver cabin;
Minimum transport speed of 40 km/hour;
Air suspension drivers seat with heating;
Electric power assisted lever;
Seatbelt;
Air-conditioning / fully automatic climate control;
Electric engine heating;
Diesel heating for engine and drivers cabin;
Front and rear wind shield with wiper and washer;
LED-work lights, minimum 6 at front and 6 at back;
Dab radio and CD player with bluetooth telephone function;
Reverse camera front and back;
External mirror with electric heating and electric manoeuvring;
Warning light on the roof mounted on LED light-bar
Central lubrication of the entire machine;
Levelling of the loading device;
Volvo BM rapid coupling on the front loader;
Load arm suspension;
Hydraulic installations for the use of hinged plough, sand spreading shovel, sweeper, etc. (3-4 hydraulic functions);
Standard original colour of machine;
Engine size minimum 150 hp EU step III B (applicable environmental requirement);
Tilt rotator for excavator shovel;
Rapid coupling attachment with hydraulic lock (type BM);
All covering fenders with mud-flaps;
Standard front shovel adapted to the machine;
Auger minimum 1,4 m wide;
Excavator shovel adapted to the machine including teeth and clearing blade;
Small excavator shovel, width 35 cm;
Pivoting support leg to excavator unit;
Prefabricated 3 pin load contacts for marking lights plough blade, gritting shovel;
Internal communications radio shall be moved from the trade-in machine to the new machine;
Included in the price, the backhoe loader shall be delivered ready for use in Fauske kommune. Likewise, sufficient training shall be included in the price.
