Procurement of backhoe loader

Fauske kommune v/Innkjøpsservice Advokatfirma AS

Fauske kommune shall procure a backhoe loader of between 12 and 14 tonne. The backhoe loader shall have the following equipment:
ROPS-approved driver cabin
Minimum transport speed of 40 km/h
Air suspension drivers seat with heating
Electric power assisted lever
Seatbelt
Air-conditioning / fully automatic climate control
Electric engine heating
Diesel heating for engine and drivers cabin
Front and rear wind shield with wiper and washer
LED-work lights, minimum 6 at front and 6 at back
Dab radio and CD player with bluetooth telephone function
Reverse camera front and back
External mirror with electric heating and electric manoeuvring
Warning light on the roof mounted on LED lightbar
Central lubrication of the entire machine
Levelling of the loading device
Volvo BM Rapid coupling on the front loader
Load arm suspension
Hydraulic installations for the use of hinged plough, sand spreading shovel, sweeper, etc. (3 — 4 hydraulic functions)
Standard original colour of machine
Engine size minimum 150 hp EU step III B (applicable environmental requirement)
Tilt rotator for excavator shovel
Rapid coupling attachment with hydraulic lock (type BM)
All covering fenders with mudflaps
Standard front shovel adapted to the machine
Auger minimum 1.4 m wide
Excavator shovel adapted to the machine including teeth and clearing blade
Small excavator shovel, width 35 cm
Pivoting support leg to excavator unit
Prefabricated three pin load contacts for marking lights plough blade, gritting shovel,
Internal communications radio shall be moved from the trade-in machine to the new machine.
Included in the price, the backhoe loader shall be delivered ready for use in Fauske kommune. Likewise, sufficient training shall be included in the price.

Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the tenderer and/or his sub contractor is established.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Certificate from the chief municipal treasurer (tax, advance payment, garnishments, employer's contributions).
Certificate from the tax collector in the relevant county (VAT)
Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's country that confirms that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of duties in accordance with the legal provisions in his home country.
The certificates should not be older than six months from the tender deadline.
Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.

Tenderers shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Documentation: HSE self-declaration in accordance with the current regulations, cf. annex 1.
The self-declaration shall not be older than three years from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
