Procurement of an inspection pit for Minnesund Checkpoint

Statens vegvesen (The Norwegian Public Roads Administration)

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall procure an inspection pit for the existing checkpoint at E6 Minnesund in Eidsvoll municipality. The inspection pit shall be used for technical checks of heavy vehicles. The inspection pit shall be either prefabricated or a cast-on-site construction, which is to be constructed in the existing inspection hall, which currently has a whole concrete cover. The inspection pit shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications in the tender documentation part D.
Ground samples were carried out 2.5.2008 by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (see annexes 1 - 6 Ground Samples Minnesund).
The assignment includes all work included in getting the inspection pit built and placed in the inspection hall, so that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration can start to use it.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. In order to be qualified tenderers must be assessed as credit worthy from a point score. In case of any doubts or need, the last 3 years accounts will be assessed in addition.
