DSS and the ministries have some employees who work shifts and we therefore need a system for a rota system and a self-service portal for these employees. DSS currently has a contract with a service provider of a rota system. A new contract shall now be signed, as the current contract is expiring.

We currently have 235 manlabour years who work shifts in DSS.DSS would like that the ministries and the Office of the Prime Minister have an option to join our contract if they so desire. The current need in the joint ministries and the Office of the Prime Minister is expected to be approx. 35 manlabour years. If these join our contract there will, in addition, be a need for assistance with the installation and possible training.
