The Norwegian Pharmacy Association represented by DIFA AS shall conduct a competitive dialogue for the procurement of a new common industry solution on behalf of its members — all Norwegian pharmacies. The solution will partly replace the current solution, FarmaPro, managed and operated by Espire AS. The acquisition will also include a possible transfer of Espire AS to the selected supplier.
