Procurement of a mobile bi-plan x-ray apparatus (G-arm) — Finnmark Hospital

Finnmark Hospital would like to sign a contract for the delivery of 1 mobile bi-plan x-ray apparatus (in some environments such apparatuses are sometimes called G-arm), to aid diagnostics within orthopaedics, amongst other things.
The examinations shall be carried out in several places in the hospital, so the transportable apparatus ought to be easy to move.
Intended use:
The x-ray apparatus shall be used for surgical operative treatment of skeleton injuries.
The apparatus shall be used for skeleton examinations, in particular lower extremities, but also upper extremities and column.
The apparatus shall also be used for repositioning and fixing break injuries and luxations on lying patients.
The apparatus shall be used for x-raying when large parts of the image will consist of elements that cannot be x-rayed that move in and out of the image area.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order and shall document this by submitting: A tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 month. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent deliveries and shall document this by submitting an overview of the company's most important equivalent deliveries in the last 3 years, including their value, date and recipient.
Tenderers shall submit descriptions of the products and service level that shall be delivered. Tenderers shall enclose descriptions, a prospect and pictures of the offered product.
