Procurement of a framework agreement for assistance from a TV installer (cable network) and a maintenance contract for TV centre

Both contracts will be valid for 2 years from the date they are signed. In addition there is an option for a contract extension for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time. The contract's value is estimated to be 2 500 000 NOK excluding VAT, of which approx. 2 200 000 NOK is for assembly and approx. 300 000 NOK is for maintenance of the TV centre.The estimate is made on the basis of the current consumption and is thus not binding for the contracting authority. The amount in the contract can, therefore, be both more or less per annum than the estimate given in the tender documentation.2.5. Who will the contract be valid for:DSS will be the contract party. The contract applies to DSS and the organisations to which DSS provides ICT services at any time.The following ministries currently receive TV signals from DSS:— Arbeids- og sosialdepartementet, ASD (Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs);— Barne-, likestillings- og inkluderingsdepartementet (BLD) (The Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion);— Finansdepartementet FIN (Ministry of Finance);— Forsvarsdepartementet, FD (Ministry of Defence);— Helse- og omsorgsdepartementet (HOD) (Ministry of Health);— Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet, KMD (Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation);— Kulturdepartementet (KUD) (Ministry of Culture);— Kunnskapsdepartementet, KD (Ministry of Education and Research);— Landbruks- og matdepartementet (LMD) (Ministry of Agriculture and Food);— Klima- og miljødepartementet, KLD (The Ministry of Climate and Environment);— Nærings- og fiskeridepartementet, NFD (The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries);—Olje- og Energisenteret OED (The Oil and Energy Centre);— Samferdselsdepartementet (SD) (The Ministry of Transport);— Statsministerens kontor SMK (Office of The Prime Minister);— Utenriksdepartementet, UD (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).Together with DSS these make up approx. 5 500 users, with up to 900 TV outlets.Other entities in the joint ministries, including:— NORAD;— Regjeringsadvokatembetet (Attorney General).Shall have the option to use all or part of the contract at any time during the contract or released option period and on the same terms as for DSS.2 500 000
