The Agency of Development sees to the builder function for municipal construction projects within schools and nurseries, nursing homes, the fire and chimney sweeping service, arts buildings, sports buildings and administration buildings. The construction projects may result in requirements for preparation of zoning plans in the form of private planning proposals The framework agreement shall safeguard this requirement, further described in Chapter 3; Performance.
A planning consultant is therefore required. The framework agreement shall see to the need for this type of service.
