Helse Møre og Romsdal HF c/o the Radiotherapy Section — Cancer Department, shall procure a new CT that shall be used for planning treatment.
The Radiotherapy Section — Cancer Department, Helse Møre og Romsdal HF was built in 2003 and started treating patients at the start of 2004. The section currently has a Phillips MX 8000 IDT 16 slice CT from 2003. This is used to take sectional pictures of patients under treatment, whose doses shall be planned in the dose plan systems from RaySearch.
Approx. 600 CT-examinations are carried out. The CT will mainly be used during the day 8:00-15:30.
Otherwise, the delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.
Provision of the required training for all personnel who work in the affected units must be included.
The tender also covers the provision of services — and maintenance agreements where it will be important to clarify the need for service — and maintenance, and to clarify the annual operating costs expected after the warranty expires. Additionally, relevant technical courses.

KK Tax and VAT certificate. Tenderers are required to have paid their tax and VAT. Documentation requirement: A certificate issued by a competent authority confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his tax, payroll tax and VAT obligations. (In Norway: New joint certificate from the Norwegian Tax Administration from 14.10.2014). The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. Any arrears must be explained / justified. Foreign tenderers must submit the corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has its place of business.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
KK Quality assurance system. Requirement. A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required (ISO 9000 or equivalent). Documented by a certificate or other proof that substantiates the qualification requirement.
KK — Service Requirement: The tenderer shall have a service organisation that has good expertise and experience in the service/repair of the offered equipment. Documentation requirement: A description of the service department/organisation.
KK Reference. Requirement: Experience is required from equivalent assignments. Documentation requirement: List contracts in Europe, of the same type and extent. State the contact person, phone number and sales year for the last 3 years.
KK Capacity: Extremely good implementation ability is required. Staffing for this assignment with names and CVs for the key personnel who shall carry out the assignment is to be enclosed.
