Helse Møre og Romsdal HF [Regional Health Authority Møre and Romsdal]

The Regional Health Authority Møre og Romsdal, c/o the Department for medical microbiology, Section Molde, shall procure an instrument for automatic sowing of urine and bacteriological samples on liquid transport agents.
The instrument shall include in a traceable sample flow and shall expedite approx. 40 000 samples that are sowed on a total of 100 000 dishes The annual volume of samples are expected to increase to approx. 60 000 samples to 150 000 dishes during the instruments operating time.
Otherwise, the delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.
Provision of the required training for all personnel who work in the affected units must be included.
The tender also covers services and maintenance agreements where it will be important to concretize the need for service and maintenance, and to clarify the annual operating costs expected after the warranty expires. Additionally, relevant technical courses.
The framework agreement period is 4 years + option (1+1+1) for the delivery of consumables.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

KK Tax and VAT certificate. Tenderers are required to have paid their tax and VAT. Documentation requirement: A certificate issued by a competent authority confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his tax, payroll tax and VAT obligations. (In Norway: New joint certificate from the Norwegian Tax Administration from 14.10.2014). The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. Any arrears must be explained / justified. Foreign tenderers must submit the corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has its place of business.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

KK Quality assurance system. Requirement. A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required (ISO 9000 or equivalent). Documented by a certificate or other proof that substantiates the qualification requirement.

KK — Service Requirement: The tenderer shall have a service organisation that has good expertise and experience in the service/repair of the offered equipment. Documentation requirement: A description of the service department/organisation.

KK Reference. Requirement: Experience is required from equivalent assignments. Documentation requirement: List contracts in Europe, of the same type and extent. State the contact person, phone number and sales year for the last 3 years.
