Printing services — Framework agreem. publication of Norwegian Laws

The procurement is valid from and including the 2016 edition of Norwegian Laws which are published in 2017. The Body of Laws shall be published annually.
Publication of the Norwegian Laws includes the following sub-assignments:
— Printing and binding of the Body of Laws after the Lovdata foundation has delivered finished codes script electronically to the publishing firm;
— Storage and distribution for sale in accordance with the Awarding Authority's instructions;
— Marketing (information, advertising, sales);
— Accountancy and payments in connection with production, including i.a. fees and expenses to editional staff and note authors, tax deduction and employers' national insurance contributions as well as payment of royalties to the Lovdata foundation and transfer of profit to the Awarding Authority;
— Contact with the editorial staff;
— Dispatch of free copies.
