The consultant shall have a well-knit engineering design team with the necessary expertise in suspension bridge design, road design, tunnel design, bridge and construction design, electro (electro, radio, tele and automation), water and sewage, geotechnics, geology, noise, architecture, landscape architecture, environment etc.
