Forsvarsbygg (The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency)
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tender offers in a competition with negotiations and pre-qualification in connection with engineering design and construction of FLO Supply Building F-35 at Ørland Main Air Base (ØHF).
The contest concerns a procurement above the EEA threshold determined in the Regulation on defence and security procurements (FOSA) § 2-2, and following the rules in this Regulations' part I and II.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has been given the task of constructing a new base for fighter jets in Norway. In short, this assignment involves:
‘A main base for fighter jets shall be established at Ørland, and an advanced operation base at Evenes. The establishment of the fighter jet base includes updated and facilitated EBA for the weapon systems fighter jet, air protection and base defence.’
