The theatre will play an important role in society — including those who are not guests us. This means rethinking about what`, how we deliver on this role and through the activities and channels. To ensure the artistic development and the National Theatre‘s position, we rely on the legitimacy of the population and amongst policy-makers and high audience figures and increase its own revenues.
Customer experience and digital channels is critical in this context. Digital channels play an all important role in how we create and deliver on the public’s expectations, how we sell and distribute tickets, and how we build relationships and facilitate the audience to share their experiences with others.
The procurement is intended to:
a) To acquire a new platform for customer experience (including new content management system, ticketing and customer experience manager system), and
b) Establish a partnerships with a supplier who can implement the platform and helping to professionalize offers digital channels.
