Søndre Land municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for passenger transport to and from day activities.
Extent and objective of the procurement:
The contract is for transport to and from day activities for elderly persons and persons with reduced functional abilities. The transport will mainly be required on weekdays. The transport will be within Søndre Land municipality. The users are spread over large parts of the municipality. The transport shall be carried out and organised in a cost-efficient and qualitatively good way.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: — Norwegian tenderers shall present an updated Company Registration Certificate. — Foreign tenderers shall present certificate(s) for statutory registration in the country of establishment.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

7.3. Tax certificate: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: — Norwegian tenderers shall submit tax certificates, no older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline; — Foreign tenderers must submit certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones; — Tenderers must account for any arrears. If the tenderer's offer relies on sub-contractors for contract fulfilment, a commitment statement shall be enclosed stating that the tenderer has the necessary right of use of the sub-contractor's capacity. If the sub-tenderer's performance is expected to exceed 100 000 NOK (excluding VAT) of turnover, certificates must also be enclosed for payment of tax and vat for the relevant sub-contractor(s).

7.4. Financial and economic position: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to be able to carry out the contractual obligations. Documentation requirement: — Tenderers must submit annual financial statements for the last 2 financial years, as well as the auditor's reports; — Tenderers are requested to report any necessary conditions (for example deficiency and low equity to assets ratio, etc.).
