Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The company shall be legally registered.
Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must not have considerable tax, VAT and payroll tax contribution arrears. Any arrears shall have an approved repayment plan.
Norwegian tenderers shall present a TAX and VAT certificate as well as a payroll tax certificate.
The certificate must be presented before the tender deadline and must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderers' home state certifying that the tenderers have fulfilled their obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the State in which the tenderers are established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have settled financial conditions and the financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The tenderer must achieve a minimum rating of creditworthy. (Experian minimum 30-49 score)
As documentation, the contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian).
The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer's financial situation.

Documentation thereof is not required.
Alternatively the tender can, when submitting a tender, enclose a credit rating from a certified credit rating company that shows that the tenderer is credit worthy. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

If for valid reasons a tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove his economic and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from at least 2 assignments of a comparable nature and degree of difficulty as the present contract.
This shall be documented by presenting a list of the most important assignments with comparable nature and complexity for the last 3 years, including information about the assignment, value, date and recipients (name of customers). Based on the list(s), the tenderer shall state names and e-mail addresses of contact persons at the 2 most relevant references. References will be contacted if necessary.
