Gassnova SF

Gassnova wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements for surveys.
Gassnova SF shall enter into parallel framework agreements for surveys. The objective of the framework agreements is to ensure competition and get all relevant disciplines covered.
It is important that companies awarded contracts are strategically long-term joint venture partners. Preferably with institutional competence in CCS and with an established quality assurance system.
Call-offs on the framework agreements shall be implemented as mini tender contests.
The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 1+1 year extension.
Gassnova will publish a separate tender contest for Parallel Framework agreements for the Hiring of Consultants which shall be held separate from this contract.
Tenders can be submitted for both tender contests, but the tenderers are Not awarded framework agreements for both the Hiring of Consultants and Survey contracts.

A self-declaration in accordance with the Regulations' Annex 2 regarding HSE is required (National requirement).

Impartiality statement: Self-declaration, where the tenderer describes own impartiality in relation to our interest area CO2 treatment, as well as general impartiality in relation to Gassnova SF.

Requirement to present a tax and VAT certificate (National requirement).

Note: Certificates must no be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Presentation of the company's Annual financial statements or extracts thereof:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract — Updated credit appraisal from a recognised credit rating agency (Proff Forvalt or equivalent), shall be enclosed the tender. The appraisal must provide information about the credit rating and/or the extent of any risk of bankruptcy.

The tenderer shall have a minimum turnover of 10 000 000 NOK per annum. This shall be documented by presenting annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer document having minimum 10 employees, either permanent employees or employees in projects, etc.

Documentation, through a list, of 3 major projects or assignments from participants in the oil, gas or energy market, during the previous 3 years. The list shall in a clear manner contain the following information about the assignment: 1. A brief description of the assignment; 2. The total value; 3. Date and recipient/contracting authority.
