Requirement:
— The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
— The tenderer must have the sufficient financial capacity to implement the framework agreement.
Documentation requirement:
— The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
— Relevant experience is required from equivalent assignments with geotechnical surveys, geotechnical consultancy services and engineering design services.
Documentation requirement:
— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. If the services were for public contracting authorities, this should be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority concerned. If the services were for private contracting authorities, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.

— The tenderer shall have good implementation ability and capacity.
— A description of the supplier's technical personnel or technical units the supplier has at their disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. CVs shall not be submitted as documentation for this requirement.

A description of the technical equipment, machines and other necessary equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
— The tenderer shall have a well-functioning quality system/management system appropriate for the content of the framework agreement.
— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001 or equivalent. The contracting authority also accepts other documentation that shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the system's content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract, must be submitted.
