Kongsberg kommunale Eiendom KF

Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF shall procure consultancy services for ARK/IARK. Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF is a large property developer with responsibility for approx. 120 000 km of buildings. The project portfolio is varied and consists of both large and small projects, new buildings or renovation assignments of varying extent. The number and extent will depend on the approved investment budget.
The actual projects will cover new buildings, building development and maintenance of existing buildings. The assignments are challenging and multifaceted in a interactive environment that will draw in schools, nurseries, sports/culture and the local environment. Separate review assignments can also be expected.
The extent of the consultancy assignments will depend on the execution model. KKE has decided that, as a rule, the turnkey contract model shall be used in its new building projects. The consultant's role will be clearly defined in each call-off on the framework agreement.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Tax certificate;
2. Company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The company's last annual financial statements including notes, the management's annual reports and audit reports.
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by an publicly certified credit rating institution, ‘Profforvalt’ or similar.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
The credit score must not be lower than A (creditworthy) or equivalent if a different form of score is used (numbers). Tenders from service providers with a lower score than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be considered.

Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in last 5 years. The description must include the contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address).
