Requirement:

The tenderer's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.

Documentation requirement:

Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

The company's last annual financial statement including notes, the board's annual reports and audit reports, including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit appraisal of the tenderer and use this in its evaluation of this criteria as a supplement to the requested documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

The supplier shall have the sufficient capacity and competence to fulfil the delivery to Oslo kommune.

Documentation requirement:

A description of the technical personnel that the tenderer has at their disposal to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. CVs shall not be enclosed.

Relevant experience from corresponding assignments is required.

Description of the tenderer's 3 to 5 most relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including information on the assignment's nature, value, date and the name of the public or private recipient. Maximum 5 (five) A4 pages in total.

The tenderer shall have a documented and functional quality assurance system that is complied with.

A description of quality assurance methods. Maximum 2 (two) A4 pages.

The tenderer shall have a management system for information security that is built on an approved framework for ICT security, ISO27001 or equivalent.

A description of the information security management system, copy of certificate or documentation of equivalent quality assurance measures. Maximum 5 (five) A4 pages.
