NRK is in a phase with some major changes in relation to moving of programming and production premises.
Based on the changes to come, we see a need for both external project management and video and audio planning in relation to the development and building of both major and minor production facilities for both radio and TV. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure access to competent expertise in the categories included in the agreement. Close and good collaboration with NRK's internal resources on the development areas is essential. It must therefore be expected that parts of the work must be carried out in NRK's premises at Marienlyst.

Credit assessment: — Credit/solidity assessment from a certified credit rating company should be enclosed. —The assessment must provide information on (1) the credit rating and (2) the extent of any risk of bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction). —The assessment must not be older than three months from the application deadline.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
All the points shall be documented separately in such a way that they can be concretely assessed against the offered product/service categories. — The company's most important deliveries of equivalent services during the last three years, including the scope, date and recipient must be provided. There is a requirement for at least three documented and relevant references during the last three years. Contact persons should be provided. — Enclose a description of the tenderer's organisation, highlighting qualitative deliveries within the right time-frame, including to which degree any sub-contractors/collaborating partners will be used.
