Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) (The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation)

NRK Hordaland shall move from Minde to Media City Bergen (MCB) in autumn 2017 so that they are located with the other major media companies in Bergen. The property developer of MCB is Entra and the contractor is Hent. The other major companies that will move to MCB are TV2, Bergens Tidende, Bergensavisen BA and the University of Bergen. This procurement is for the planning of the logistics for the move and the organisation and execution of the actual move from Minde to MCB. In addition preparation of the premises at Minde for transfer to a new owner.

The tenderer shall be a legally registered company. Documentation requirement: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre, or equivalent in the country where the company is registered.
The company should have no arrears relating to the payment of taxes and duties to the government. Documentation requirement: Certificate for paid tax, employer contribution and VAT. The requirement is only obligatory for Norwegian tenderers, but international tenderers are encouraged to submit equivalent documentation.

The tenderer is obliged to meet the requirements regarding payment and and working conditions in public contracts, dated 8.2.2008. Documentation requirement: A copy of the work regulations. A copy of an depersonalised work contract. Documentation of pay conditions. Information on which tariff is used.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall document healthy finances and capacity that do not cause doubt about continued operations during the contract period. Documentation requirement: The company's most recent annual report, including recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures (e.g. half yearly and group accounts). Auditor approved annual accounts for the previous year. If a tenderer is in doubt as to whether the documentation of financial capacity will be seen as sufficient, alternative documentation can be accepted that verifies a financial ability to fulfil the contract. NRK will obtain credit/solidity appraisal from a recognised credit rating agency.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have good professional competence for the delivery included in the procurement. Documentation requirement: A staff overview and a descriptive text that refers to the company's professional competence, including the number of sub-suppliers that will be used, as well as any certifications and experience that the tenderer has.

If a tenderer will use sub-suppliers' competence or other companies' certifications, a commitment statement and other relevant documentation from sub-suppliers must be enclosed. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall provide information on which sub-suppliers are planned to be used and commitment statements signed by them shall be enclosed.

Tenderers shall have carried out relevant projects in the last three (3) years. NRK is the country's leading media company and relevant experience means from projects with equivalent complexity. Documentation requirement: A description shall be given of the most important relevant deliveries in the last three (3) years, connected to equivalent projects as that described as sub project C in point 1.4. We request a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) reference projects. It is important that the references show breadth and variation.
