Norsk rikskringkasting (hereafter called NRK), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for at least three parallel framework agreements for two years with an option for an extension for up to 1 + 1 year, for the procurement of technical programme cables, connectors and the accompanying tools and equipment, as well as ready terminated cables.
Technical programme cables, connectors and accompanying equipment and components are understood in this procurement to be exemplified within the following product categories:
Technical programme cables — for use in NRK's equipment and installations. The main types of cables are Programme cable (sound cable), Coaxial cable (amongst other things for HF and Video incl. HD-TV etc.) and Signal cable (for controlling signals, network etc,). Lemo fibre for studio cameras and patch cords/fibre.
Technical programme connectors. The technical programme connectors shall mainly be used for the cables in point 1 in accordance with the specifications given in the tender documentation.
Accompanying tools and equipment. It is a prerequisite that there is good access to suitable tools for stripping, de-insultating, terminating and other preparation of cables and connectors in points 1 and 2, either from the tenderer or documented availability from sub-suppliers.
Ready terminated cables.

Qualification requirements: Tenderers shall be a legally registered company. Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the tenderer is registered in a trade register in their home country.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and and financial capacity to fulfil their contractual obligations. The most recent annual accounts, including the board's and auditor's reports. If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be presented, a guarantee from a parent company that fulfils the qualification requirement, or alternative documentation in the form of, for example, a statement from an auditor or financial institution that is suitable for fulfilling the documentation requirement, can be accepted. This guarantee or statement must be enclosed the application for qualification. NRK retains the right to undertake an assessment free of charge of the tenderer's economic and financial standing through Experian unless the tenderer expresses otherwise in the tender letter.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have fulfilled out relevant contracts with the accompanying distribution and related logistics, support and service, as well as advice regarding product knowledge. Documentation requirement: Information shall be given on at least 3 relevant and comparable deliveries in the last 3 years. The documentation shall, at a minimum, including information on what category the delivery was related to, as well as: —The customer's name and brief information on the customer, including the number of employees and location —Contact information for the customer; name, position, email address and telephone number —Detailed description of the deliveries; equipment, equipment volumes and performances/services —Date and length —The reference's financial value. —A brief account of why the tenderer deems the delivery to be relevant for NRK. Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have the capacity for nationwide deliveries of both equipment and servies, as well as support and service at Marienlyst. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's delivery and service organisation, including the number of employees as well as a description of the tenderer's spare parts stocks and spare parts logistics and how this is handled in a nationwide context. Specify which resources belong to the tenderer and which possibly belong to other companies. If a supplier used other companies' capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations, a binding statement shall be enclosed from the actual sub suppliers, cf. annex 2.
