NRK wants the public to get have the best possible music experience. Therefore, NRK wants to test the music played on our radio stations; NRK P1, NRK P13, NRK Klassisk [NRK Classic] and NRK Jazz.
The music tests shall give NRK a guide to both music format and music profile for each of the four named channels.

The tenderer shall be a legally registered company. The company should have no arrears relating to the payment of taxes and duties to the government. Applies to all Norwegian tenderers.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial position shall be documented with the following information: Comprehensive Annual Financial Statement with the boards and auditor's report for 2015. Credit rating (not older than three months at the time of the deadline for request on participation) that documents the tenderer's financial position.

The tenderer shall document having sound financing that does not cause doubt about continued operations during the term of this agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A description should be given of relevant references for the tenderer and any sub-contractors, for the last three years. References should at least described the following: —Customer name —Brief description of the solutions, type of assistance and deliveries —Scope in hours and/or monetary amount —Period of assistance —Brief description of the relevance to this project —Description of scope performed by sub-contractors if relevant.

Description of the tenderer's organisation, with emphasis on ensuring quality deliveries within the agreed time should be enclosed. To satisfy contract provision when using sub-contractors, commitment statements must be provided.
