The aim of the competition is to procure a collaboration contractor with collaboration partners for the engineering design services for and the construction of a new secondary school in Kongsvinger, dimensioned for 720 pupils.
The gross area of the school is approx. 8 400 m
The collaboration partner is expected to have the necessary collaboration partners for the implementation of the project, i.e. project manager, engineering design group manager, site manager, consultant engineers in the relevant disciplines.
Kongsvinger municipality plans to construct a new school where the existing Tråstad school is currently located. Most of the existing buildings shall be demolished, apart from Tråstad sports hall, which shall be in use during the construction period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
Documentation:
Joint tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities. Such certificates shall be translated into Norwegian.
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Documentation that the company is registered in a trade index or company register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established. This shall be translated into Norwegian.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have a healthy economy and the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Documentation:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.
The rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.
The rating shall fulfil the requirements for ‘credit worthy’ (Bisnode, Creditinform), ‘A’ (Dun & Bradstreet) or equivalent.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have a satisfactory organisation and the capacity to solve the assignment.
Documentation:
A short description/note of the tenderer's collaboration partners who are included in the tender, including the ownership structure and the disciplines that the companies work with. A description shall be provided of how they plan to organise themselves for the assignment, as well as how they will have the necessary capacity and implementation ability. The contractual relationship between the suppliers must be described. Furthermore, a description shall be provided of how the different suppliers have previously cooperated.

The collaboration contractor shall have experience from equivalent relevant assignments, both as regards construction and collaboration. Equivalent assignments means engineering design services for and the construction of school buildings in projects of a minimum 100 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The documentation shall include a referral to a reference project with a description of the execution of the most important work, a statement of the work's value, date and place of execution, as well as contact information for this project's contracting authorities.
