New Lenangen School and the reconstruction of a nursery

HR Prosjekt AS

A new school with an area of approx. 1 900 m² shall be constructed. The contract also includes the reconstruction works for the school's pavilion, to a nursery school with an area of approx. 430 m². The general contract includes solid wood structures, ground works, outdoor works, a new school building and the reconstruction work for a nursery school. See the Tender documentation part I and part II for further description. The tender documentation part II will be available from 14.10.2016.

The tenderer must be a legally established company: Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement:

— A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has permission to handle personal information.

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate;

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided. Documentation requirement: Statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/ management system

A copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

The tenderer shall have sufficient right to be responsible for the initiative. Documentation requirement: Valid certificate of central approval for the right to accept responsibility in enterprise classification 2 for UTF (Executor)

Experience from projects of equivalent complexity. Documentation requirement: Reference projects with relevance to this assignment for the last 5 years.
