Helse Bergen intends to procure up to five fully digitalised x-ray apparatuses for general use. All the apparatuses that shall be procured shall replace existing equipment, which is being discarded. The following equipment shall be replaced:
— 1 apparatus in the section for children in the Radiological Department, Haukeland University Hospital shall be replaced in spring/summer 2016 when the Children's Clinic moves to new, temporary premises, Marie Joys' house.
— 1 apparatus for the Radiological Department Haukeland, University Hospital, laboratory 1 (HUS).
— 1 apparatus for the Radiological Department, Haukeland University Hospital, laboratory 15 (HUS).
— 1 apparatus for the Radiological Section at Voss Hospital (option).
— 1 apparatus for Kysthospitalet in Hagevik (option).
The rooms in all five locations are rather small. Thus, in addition to all the function requirements being fulfilled, emphasis will be put on a design that is suitable for smaller premises, with a well adapted size to ensure good work flow in the various locations.
The contracting authority sees it as expedient to have the same supplier for all of the requested apparatuses, but the delivery can be split up if it is expedient. Two apparatuses (for Voss Hospital and Kysthospitalet in Hagavik) shall be offered as an option.
All of the requested x-ray apparatuses shall be fully digitalised and a complete tender as requested. The contracting authority will emphasis offered equipment that has a motorised table that can be raised/lowered, a moveable motorised ceiling pipe and its own wall bucky and that is not put together with pipes and dectors on a swiveling arm.
A stationary large picture detector can be in the wall bucky. Two separate detectors of different sizes (small and large) for use in a bucky table or separately in bed are to be included in the tender. These must be wireless. The offered equipment must be offered with an ‘auto-tracking system’.
All the apparatuses shall be for general use and shall have functionality and programme packages for the drafted use.
The offered equipment must be adaptable to each department's activities. As this will be the different departments' main room for universal use, good operational stability and available service will be emphasised in the assessment.
