Ringerike municipality shall expand Monserud Treatment Facility with a new treatment facility in addition to the existing 1. The facilities shall be run in parallel. The capacity of the existing treatment facility is for 24 000 pe. in total. Approx. 23 000 pe. are currently connected. The new facility shall be built in 2 stages. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies: Must present proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate. Foreign companies shall present certificates from the equivalent tax authorities to the Norwegian tax authorities.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have a health, safety and environment system. Documentation: HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall be credit worthy and have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: a) Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. Foreign tenderers must send in an equivalent credit check, not older than 3 months; b) The Annual Financial Statements including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement for the last 2 years (short version).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity, both professionally and linguistically. Documentation: a) Report of personnel and technical equipment that the tenderer will have control of in connection with execution of the assignment; b) A list of the tenderer's employees or sub-contractors who can fill the roles of project managers, site managers in such a project and other key roles and their competence including linguistic qualifications; c) An report on the language competence (Norwegian capabilities for project managers, supervisors and skilled labourers).

Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from similar projects. Documentation: The tenderer shall attach a list with a minimum of 3 reference of the primary equivalent deliveries during the last 5 years with information about annual figures, Contractor, total contract value, type of delivery and the name, telephone number and email of references at the Contractor. References will only be contacted if required.
