Ringerike kommune invites tenderers to a restricted competition with negotiations in two stages in connection with the expansion of Monserud Treatment Plant. This pre-qualification is the first stage in the competition for contract M4 Pumps, pipes, valves, flow meters, etc.
Ringerike municipality shall expand Monserud Treatment Facility with a new treatment facility in addition to the existing one. The facilities shall be run in parallel. The capacity of the existing treatment facility is for 24 000 pe. in total. Approx. 23 000 pe. are currently connected. The new facility shall be built in two stages. This contract mainly concerns the name that is given the contract at the 1st building step, which shall be developed in order to receive waste water from 24 000 pe and up to the completive biological step in the existing treatment facility. The requirement to the secondary purification shall also apply to the existing treatment plant and in this regard a biological stage will be established as an additional installation.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies: Must present proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement: tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: tax and VAT certificate. Foreign companies shall present certificates from the equivalent tax authorities to the Norwegian tax authorities.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers shall be credit worthy and have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: a) Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. Foreign tenderers must send in an equivalent credit check, not older than 3 months. b) The Annual Financial Statements including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement for the last 2 years (short version).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity, both professionally and linguistically. Documentation: a list of the tenderer's employees or sub-contractors who can fill the roles of project managers, site managers in such a project and other key roles and their competence including linguistic qualifications (Norwegian language proficiency for the project managers, supervisors and skilled workers). CVs shall be enclosed.

Requirement: the tenderer shall have experience from similar projects and works. Documentation: the tenderer shall enclose a list with a minimum of 3 reference of the primary equivalent deliveries to treatment plants during the last 5 years with information about annual figures, contracting authority, total contract value, type of delivery and the name, telephone number and email of references at the contracting authority. References will only be contacted if required.
