Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest in 2 stages for the expansion of Monserud Treatment Facility. This pre-qualification is the 1

Ringerike municipality shall expand Monserud Treatment Facility with a new treatment facility in addition to the existing 1. In addition the existing facility shall be extended with a new hall for a biological treatment stage. Both facilities shall be operated simultaneously.

The construction work includes the construction of a new treatment facility including a silo building for dry sludge, rotten tanks with a gas room, gas lid and gas torch and a new building for a biological treatment stage in the existing facility. In short the contract includes barracks for the tenderer's own and the other contracts, ground work, sheet piling work, concrete work, concrete element assembly, steel and metal work, masonry work, joinery work, windows/doors and gates, painting work, lifting equipment and construction work for electro, machine and HVAC. In addition this contract includes the development of roads and open spaces as well as site gardening work, water and sewage work and underwater work.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies shall present proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate. Foreign companies shall present certificates from the equivalent tax authorities to the Norwegian tax authorities.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have a health, safety and environment system. Documentation: HSE self-declaration.

Requirement: Tenderers shall fulfil wage and working conditions requirements. Documentation: A self-declaration on wage and working conditions.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall be credit worthy and have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: a) Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. Foreign tenderers must send in an equivalent credit check, not older than 3 months. b) The annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement for the last 3 years (short version).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Tenderers must have the necessary certifications in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, or be able to document equivalent competence. Documentation: Copy of certificates. Tenderers who do not have such certification must enclose all the required documentation to get such central certification from DIBK.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and the capacity, both professionally and linguistically. Documentation: a) An account of the personnel, technical equipment, etc. in the tenderer's organisation. b) A list of employees who can fill the role of site managers in such a project and other key roles as well as their competence including linguistic qualifications. c) An account of language competence (Norwegian capabilities for work managers and trade workers).

Requirement: Tenderers shall have experience from similar projects. Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant contracts in the last 5 years, with information on the year, builder, total contract value, type of delivery as well as the name, telephone number and email address for a reference at the builder. References will only be contacted if required.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have a certified apprentice scheme. Documentation: Documentation of the apprentice scheme.
