A framework agreement for the supply of mobile phones with accessories thereof for Sarpsborg
The objective of the agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, achieves a cost effective and rational purchase of mobile phones, with accessories thererof, and simplifies the purchases and achieves a better overall economy.
The objective and scope of the agreement:
To enter into a framework agreement for the supply of mobile phones with accessories thereof for Sarpsborg municipality’s employees. The objective of the agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, achieves a cost effective and rational purchase of mobilephones, with accessories therof, and simplifies the purchases and achieves a better overall economy. The framework agreement is applicable to the products in this tender notice, and closely related products. In instances where it may be doubt concerning the understanding of whether or not a product is "closely related", the Contracting Authority's contract officer will make the decision. Option for Sarpsborg ASVO, an independent legal entity owned by Sarpsborg municipality, to enter into the agreement. The Church Council of Sarpsborg also has an option to enter into the agreement.
