The scope and purpose of the procurement
The competition is for a contract for the delivery of medicines, specific pharmacy products, dose packed medicines, as well as an option for the procurement of pharmaceutical services/advice.
Brønnøy municipality is procuring on behalf of the four Helgeland municipalities: Alstahaug, Brønnøy, Rana and Vefsn.
The participating municipalities will sign equivalent contracts based on the contract awarded to the chosen tenderer for their municipality, in accordance with the evaluation and award of contract, and will, thereafter, be responsible and follow-up their own contracts during the entire contract period.
The framework agreement will apply for all units in each participating municipality.
The procurement's annual value is estimated below for each zone. The volume is estimated based on statistics for 2015. The volume must therefore be seen as an estimate and it is not binding. A framework agreement shall be signed with 11 tenderer in each of the following zones: Zone 1: Alstahaug municipality (approx. 700 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum). Zone 2: Brønny municipality (approx. 1 100 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).
Zone 3: Rana municipality (approx. 3 800 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum). Zone 4: Vefsn municipality (approx. 2 300 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum).
Tenders may be submitted for 1, several or all of the zones.
