The Purchasing Circle with 10 municipalities in Finnmark County and 1 municipality in Troms County

On behalf of 11 municipalities in Finnmark and Troms, we invite tenderers to an open tender contest for medical consumables. Finnut Consult AS is assisting the administration of the tender competition. The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of the medical consumables for the period November 2016 — November 2019.
The tender contest is for the following municipalities: Vadsø municipality, Nesseby municipality, Tana municipality, Gamvik municipality, Karasjok municipality, Kautokeino municipality, Porsanger municipality, Nordkapp municipality, Sør-Varanger municipality, Loppa municipality and Salangen municipality.
The contract volume is estimated to be 5 500 000 NOK per annum. The volume is estimated from the statistics from 2014. The amount must be seen as a guideline as the municipalities' future consumption will always depend on the municipalities' budget situation and other framework factors.
Procurements in each municipality will be made by each entity in the municipality placing an order. These orders shall, however, be placed in accordance with the signed framework agreements. Each buyer is to be invoiced directly by the supplier on the terms stated in the contracts.
