The objective of the procurement is to ensure good access and safe coming and going conditions for Asker municipality's personnel, residents, students etc. The works consist of snow clearing, surface grading, removal of snow, gritting of municipal properties (schools, nursery schools, residences and institutions) in accordance with the requirement specification and snow clearance chart.

The contract period applies from 15.10.2016 to 15.4.2018. The Contracting Authority has the option to unilaterally extend the contract for a further one year + one year on verbatim terms.
If the Contracting Authority wants to trigger Option…

Tender instructions 3.5 Requirement of the tenderer's qualifications.
Requirement: 1. The tenderer must substantiate having good experience and implementation ability from equivalent assignments. Minimum 3 years relevant experience is required.
2).Good implementation ability is required.
3. Machinery and equipment that can execute the contract is required in accordance with the applicable requirement specification.
Documentation: 1. An overview of the most important contracts in the last 3 years, including their values, agreement periods and names of contracting authorities.
2. An organisation chart showing the tenderer's staffing in regard to staffing of route(s), back-up staff, stand-by crew and assignment management.
3. Description of the Tenderer's total machinery and which vehicles, machines and equipment are earmarked for individual zones.
