The procurement comprises the delivery of mechanical winter maintenance for 90 municipal properties. The properties are of varying size and are spread out in the municipality. They are therefore divided into six routes. It is possible to submit a price on one or more zones, but a maximum of three routes will be awarded to the same tenderer. The areas are not measured, and the tenderer must estimate the scope of the work themselves, based on the requirement specification and snow clearance chart.The normal year.‘Normal year’ means the average of the snow clearing and gritting measures carried out in recent winter seasons and has been broken down as follows:Snow clearing 15 — 20 times per season.Gritting 15 — 20 times per season.This information is only a guide for tenderers and any changes to the number given are not a basis for price adjustments per season.
