NSB carries out a number of fixed and ad-hoc market surveys. The framework agreement for market surveys expires at the start of 2017. The assignment will be to ensure new framework agreements for market surveys.
The framework agreements shall ensure that the companies in NSB-Persontog have access to competence and resources within relevant disciplines connected to market surveys.
