Posten Norge AS [The Norwegian Post]

Posten Norge AS shall enter into a framework agreement for bank services. The contracting authority shall, through its choice of bank, support efficient operations of bank services in the form of optimum liquidity management, efficient communication systems and other daily bank services. The contracting authority shall have access to consultancy as regards the market, financing solutions and placement alternatives. Option for all the companies in the group Posten to join the system at the same prices and terms as Posten.
Multi-currency group account in Scandinavia (here Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland). Overdraft, bank guarantees, payment systems, currency exchange. We would also like an option for bank systems in Europe, even if the need outside Scandinavia is limited. Most of the group's turnover is in Norway and the same applies for the transaction volume as regards the bank. Subsidiary companies have a significant turnover in Sweden and Denmark and a little in Finland. There is little activity in other countries. It is the Contracting Authority's aim that all, or as many as possible, of the group companies are in the same group account system.
The credit limit for overdraft will be approx. 500 000 000 NOK — 1 000 000 000 NOK. As regards guarantees, including tax deduction guarantees, the need for the entire group will be up to 1 500 000 000 NOK.

Approx. 140 000 payments, 350 000 deposits for other companies in Norway.
Approx. 1 100 000 payments, 350 000 deposits for the Swedish companies and in Denmark
25 000 payments, 20 000 deposits.
