Annex 1: Certificate for paid tax, employer contribution and VAT.

Annex 3: The tenderer and any joint venture partners must have the necessary public approvals for waste management (documentation thereof shall be attached). Permission in accordance with the Pollution Control Act from the County Governor, if relevant. Approval from the Norwegian Environment Agency, c.f. The Waste Regulations.

Annex 4: The tenderer shall present a self-declaration of conduct, c.f. Part I, annex 1 — Self-declaration of conduct.
Annex 5: The Regulations require that the tenderers shall have a requirement in their contracts that employees at the tenderer and any sub providers who will directly contribute to the fulfilment of the contract, have wage and work terms that are not worse than those in the nationwide tariff agreement, or what is otherwise seen as normal for the place and profession in question. This also applies to work that shall be carried out abroad. A copy of the work regulations, a copy of an depersonalised work agreement. Documentation of pay conditions. Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Annex 6: Economic and financial standing shall be documented with the following information: the last approved annual accounts with the annual report and the auditor's report as well as any recent information of relevance.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required (ISO 9000 or equivalent).
Annex 7: A certificate issued by a certification body, confirming the fulfilment of relevant quality assurance standards. Description of methods for quality assurance.
Annex 8: The company's most important deliveries during the last 3 years, including values, dates, and recipients. A contact person with telephone numbers to minimum 3 different, previous contracting authorities of equivalent assignments that can be contacted for references, c.f. MA2860-15E Part I — Annex 2 — Reference projects.

Annex 9: Descriptions of equipment, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment with significance for implementation of the contract.
Annex 10: If the procedures are described in the company's quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001, Eco-lighthouse programme or equivalent 3rd party verification system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate with information on where this is described. Alternatively, an existing system, action plans and routines that substantiate that the requirements are fulfilled can be described. Training in NEDC driving cycle.

Annex 11: An overview of the company's average number of employees and number of managers. If the Tenderer relies on other companies' capacity in order to comply with the contractual obligations, a statement of commitment from the relevant sub-providers shall be presented as documentation showing that the Tenderer has access to the sub-provider's resources, c.f. MA2860-15E Part I — Annex 1 — Statement of commitment.
