Risk transfer
The engineering design services will be reviewed during the optimalisation process.
The risk of the engineering design services carried out before the award of contract will be transferred to the supplier (the turnkey contractor). The supplier (turnkey contractor) will also carry the risk for any re-designing as a consequence of the optimalisation process.

Tenderers can see the documents here. Tenderers will not be allowed to take copies or photograph these documents. Tenderers must ask in advance for an appointment to review these documents. Documents that are exempt from the public are to be returned after the contract work has been completed.

Tenderers are requested to submit any questions in advance so that the Contracting Authority has the opportunity to prepare the answers. Questions will be anonymous.
The report from the tender inspection and the tender conference is submitted, without unnecessary delay, to all Service Providers that have received the tender documents, and/or the report will be published in Doffin.
Travel expenses etc. for the tender conference and the tender inspection are to be met by each Tenderer.
