The project comprises construction of a new four parallel primary school from first to seventh Grade, with space for up to approx. 800 students. The school facility shall contain a small sports hall suitable for the school's need regarding exercise. Aside from general school operations, the school facility shall function as a community centre for the surrounding area. The gross area programme is approx. 6 200 m². The site is approximately 1.5 acres [24 mål].
As part of the assignment, the tenderer shall also be responsible for janitor services and operations and maintenance of the building and outdoor facilities in the 5 years, and any option on a further 2 to 5 years.
The existing Levre School, Rud nursery school department Levre and previous janitor residence that houses before and after school care are currently located on the plot, and shall be demolished as part of the project. Combined gross area of the building mass is approx. 6 600 m².

Requirement: The company shall be legally registered.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation must, at a minimum, state:
a. the company's name and registration number
b. the company's business address
c. c. who can act on
the company's behalf/drawing entity's
company.
Requirement: The company's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and charges.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be ordered from Altinn.
Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The company shall have a credit rating that at least is equivalent to good creditworthiness, and otherwise have sufficient finances to implement the assignment.
Documentation: The company's annual financial statements or extracts thereof.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit report from Experian Credit Services. The report contains the auditor's report, negative payment remarks, accounts and rating history, and shall be based on the last known accounting figures. In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other service providers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for them. A signed commitment statement must also be submitted.

If the contractor lacks collaboration experience, he can prove ability and willingness to collaborate/interact by providing references who can be contacted. In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other service providers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for them. A signed commitment statement must also be submitted.

— Property operations.
Particular emphasis will be put on the following:
— Experience with interaction;
— Experience with turnkey contracts;
— Experience with primary and lower secondary school projects;
— Experience from projects that cost-wise are close to or more than the project included in this contract;
— Experience from projects that are comparable size wise to the project this contract concerns;
— Recent projects (carried out in accordance with TEK 10) will count more than older projects.
TE, ARK and LARK's experience will be given more weight in the evaluation than other consultancy and property operations.
