Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— A Company Registration Certificate must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than three months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last three financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above mentioned documentation requirements, the tenderer can prove his economic/financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— A list of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past three years, hereunder information about the value, time frame, and the name of the public or private recipients. Services to public contracting authorities shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority in question. If the services were for private contracting authorities, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.

— Details of the educational and professional qualifications of the tenderer and the company's administrative management and/or the people responsible for providing the service (competence matrix).
— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008.
The Contracting Authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.
— An account of existing procedures or valid certificates from third party verified systems (for example: Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-lighthouse programme] ISO 14001, EMAS).
— Valid proof of central certification for the right to be responsible in development class 2 for all the stated disciplines, or documentation that the company fulfils the requirement for the right to be responsible in development class 2 for all the necessary disciplines.
