Kristiansund Kommune c/o Property Operations invites tenderers to submit tender offers on the delivery of services as a Turnkey Contractor in connection with the construction of a new nursery school in Karihola, address: Tareveien 2, 6515 Kristiansund.
The desired services are construction of a new nursery school building, demolition of the existing nursery school building, and outdoor works.
Start of works is planned for January 2017.
The nursery school shall have eight departments, of which four will be for infants and toddlers, and four for big children. At full capacity there shall be place for 14 infants and toddlers and 21 big children per department, altogether 56 +84 + 140 children.
Furniture and fittings shall be delivered in separate contracts.
Documents regarding the Tender documentation and requirement specifications follow as attachments.
Language: Norwegian.
Construction time shall be entered in the associated goods line in Mercell (under products).
Due to technical program details, it is noted in Mercell that price is the only evaluation criteria.
NB: It is Price AND Construction Time that will be evaluated, refer also to Part 1, point B.4.1.
NB: Delivery time shall not be given in the product lines, please leave it blank.
