Kristiansand municipality shall renovate the sleeve on an approx. 180 m long surface water pipeline with dimension Ø1 600 mm at Justvik.

Tenderers must have submitted their assignments and paid tax, payroll tax and VAT. Documented by: Tax Certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for submitting tenders.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company. Documented by a company registration certificate. Foreign tenderers must document the requirement by a certificate of registration in a trade register as prescribed by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The company registration certificate/certificate from a trade register must not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for submitting tenders.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have valid liability insurance for the entire construction period. The insurance sum shall be minimum 10 000 000 NOK. Documentation: Insurance certificate.
Tenderers are required to have carried out at least 1 sleeve project on major sewage pipelines, minimum Ø800 mm pipeline. The reference project shall be for at least 50 metres. If a tenderer would like to use sub-suppliers, the requirement also applies to the sub-suppliers. The reference project shall not be older than 5 years for both the tenderer and any sub-suppliers. To be documented by confirmation from the actual contracting authority for the project.

Tenderers are required to have the right to use sub-suppliers if applicable. Documentation: A signed commitment statement from relevant sub-suppliers. Annex 5 Commitment Statement shall be used.
Tenderers are required to have a well functioning quality assurance/quality management system. Documentation: Print out/copy of the company's system, or a copy of a system certificate from an accredited certification body.
