Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
3.3 Credit evaluation/rating — Requirement: The tenderer shall have a credit rating of at least good/credit worthy. Documentation requirement: A credit rating implemented by a publicly approved credit rating agency: (https://www.datatilsynet.no/Sektor/Kreditt-finans-forsikring/selskaper-som-kredittvurderer/). The credit evaluation/rating shall not be more than 6 from the tender deadline, and should be based on the last known fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
3.4 Overview of the company's manpower — Requirement: Tenderers shall have good implementation ability. Documentation requirement: Overview of the company's total staffing, including administration and management.
3.5 Experience and reliability — Requirement: The tenderer shall have minimum 2 ongoing, comparable deliveries of quality systems with deviation and documentation management during the last three years. ‘Comparable’ deliveries are in this context larger governmental clients (municipalities, counties), or larger private organisations with considerable complexity in relation to activity areas. The deliveries shall be based on the same standard software that is offered to the contracting authority in this contract. Documentation requirement: A list with a short description of 2 comparable contracts in the last 3 years, including information on the values, dates, the contracting authorities, contact persons, and software (or modules) used in the assignments.

3.6 Quality system — Requirement: The tenderer shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system. Documentation requirement: A statement regarding the tenderer's quality system or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation.
